Reputed Indian American Attorney honoured with award from American Bazaar Philanthropy

Washington:  Well-known reputed Indian American attorney Ajay Raju has been honoured for his charitable activities with the third American Bazaar Philanthropy awards as per reports of Asif Ismail publisher of American bazaar for online ethnic news publication about Indian-Americans. The publisher said “Raju was honoured for his commitment to revive Philadelphia through the Germination Projects which initiative of the Pamela and Ajay Raju foundation that recruits talented teenagers and prepares them to be tomorrow’s leaders. Raju work excelled in regenerating the city of brotherly love “we are living in an increasingly dangerous world and times, as giving importance to world peace is  which is essential for the future of this planet as in day to day we see much deadly conflicts now and threats of it around the globe which must be controlled” he said. A California based attorney named Navneet S Chugh said the US has a rich tradition of charity and giving, Indian American still have long way to go as he citied some of the recent figures with regard to non-profit. From last year figures shows that American gave 500USD billion in donations to charities and as much 70% of this given by individual and only 5% came from corporate sector. 1/3rd of donations went for religious purposes, 20% went to education and 10 % for social services.
