The workforce of Indian women

Women are not dropping out. They are being pushed by a lack of labor in demand for their labor.

Why is employment being tough on the idea for women??

The thrust of predominant explanations is women are dropping out of the paid workforce of labor. The reason for this women unemployment is not the unwillingness of women to work or the fear of sexual violence outside the home, its the inability of the husband, the breadwinner to see the conservative women incapable of growth and their own paranoia strike their wifes growth and then they get the audacity to blame her fro bring not confident and unexplored to the society and they think that if the women stepped out of the kitchen their common threshold, it would call for a backslash…

All these explanations sound persuasive and plausible. But consider the Recorded labor force participation rate of Indian women, never high, logged a dramatic decline between 2004-05 and 2011-12.

It has been continued to decline thereafter. The bulk of decline has been in the LFPR of rural women, with the sharpest decline seen in the case of scheduled Tribe and Adivasi women.
Research impact of sexual violence on women has been derogatory as the cases don’t cease to exist and on ongoing situations the women.

Thus, the proportion of economically active women has not declined. But the number of days they work has shown up as a decline in lfprs. Over the last three decades, there has been a massive decline in agricultural jobs, which has not necessarily been accompanied by an increase in rural non-farm employment or livelihood opportunities. Research shows that mechanization has led to a significantly greater decline in women than men’s labor in Indian farms.
