JugJugg Jeeyo Box Office Collection Day 1: Varun Dhawan-Kiara Advani starrer makes a decent opening

JugJugg Jeeyo, hailed as one of Bollywood’s most anticipated films, succeeded in exceeding expectations. The family drama, starring Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor, had a good start at the box office, earning Rs. 9.28 crores nett.

While critics praise the comedy entertainer, fans are smitten with the film, which examines relationships that are crumbling underneath the pressure of time and expectations. However, the movie started off well in the NCR belt.

Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst, tweeted, “#JugJuggJeeyo has a strong start on Friday, earning 9.28 crore. With a strong positive word of mouth, the season’s family entertainer starring Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Maniesh Paul, and Prajakta Koli is set to see a significant increase on Saturday and Sunday!”

Box Office India reports that “Jugjugg Jeeyo did well on the first day, thanks to strong sales in the Delhi NCR belt and fair sales in the other metros. The mass pockets have underperformed and have low collections, but that was to be expected given that it is an urban film. If these perform better than expected, the opening day could be a little better, but that is a tall order.”
