America still on Diplomacy while North Korea acting like spoils brat for war

Thursday news came from Pyongyang announced that it finalised a plan to fire four missiles near US territory of Guam.

Shortly after Trump spoke US defence Secretary James Mattis told reporters the United States still preferred a diplomatic approach to North Korean threat and that a war would be a disastrous event.

MR.Mattis speaking in California Late Thursday said it was his job as defence secretary to be ready for conflicts but he said diplomatic effort under secretary of state Rex Tillerson and Un Ambassador NIKKI Harley has diplomatic traction it is gaining a diplomatic result. When questioned about US military plan he said straight to point” I don’t tell the enemy in advance what I am going to do.”

The threat from Pyongyang is promoting South Korea to gear up military muscles amid fear of clash among the world most militarised border its frontier with North. Seoul is looking taking up more powerful missiles and a nuclear-powered submarine official said.

Japan is also building up missile defence and is considering the acquisition of ammunition that would allow it o strike at North Korean missile sites.On Thursday US and Japanese troops began an 18 day live fire exercise on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido which was to include rocket artillery drill and involve 3500 troops.

South Korea and US troop are also deciding annual joint drill from aug21 called Ulchi Freedom Guardian, in which up to 30,000 US troop will take part.
