Is china paranoid to poke India with Xinhua mocking video?

A Chinese agency Xinhua releasing scornful video picturing an urban sporting character representing India and anchor who relates the dialect India committed “seven sin” and also adding about illegal trespassing into Doklam. Can anyone believe the timing a day after Indian and Chinese troops had a brief ill-tempered brawl each other in bank of rive Pan gong in Ladakh. Highly placed sources reported India today about incident on early Tuesday morning lasted about half an hour until both sides pulled back heated exchange and stone pelting causing minor injuries.
