However Hardik Patel  former aid and  turned rival Ashwin Patel demanding to come clean on allegation said to have more evidence on video –tape throwing up the pleasant possibility that another sex tape may soon be flooding the airways and gave Hardik four day deadline to prove his innocence as per reports on the Quint.

However which exactly where all question comes to innocence or guilty to what? Of sexual inter course with a women or while there is no evidence of it being consensual or girl being underage or Hardik, so ultimately what? Hardik denial and his saying that youth of 23 can have girlfriend or 50 year will have Fair enough statement but problem with this is that he still unmarried is yet indulging in carnal activities, while like of is distract a straight thinking path of justice and righteousness. Though his claim there is nothing wrong or immoral of sex, it’s not criminalized by the law or the court and being practiced behind closed doors by pretty much everybody. But at a time when Indian politics spectrum is full or parties and leaders competing to outdo each other question does lurk.

Caste politics like in every Indian state plays part in the Gujarat too and that 182- seat assembly less than month away polling will be held over two phrases with all parties desperate get their equation right. That is why Hardik Patel, convener of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) which will play a major role in Gujarat polls. Once a time Patel community used to backbone of BJP but is up against the state government over its demand for reservations, however main demand of PAAS has been inclusion of the caste in the OBC list as its had 27% reservation in Gujarat.
