Recently, where the number of active patients of Corona had come down to 2 lakh, then now it is seen increasing rapidly towards 2.5 lakhs. At present, 2 lakh 34 thousand 406 patients are in active condition in the country, which is 2.05 percent of the total cases.

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 22,92,49,784 samples have been tested in Kovid-19 till March 16 in the country. Of these, 9,69,021 samples were tested on Tuesday. According to the data, out of 188 people who died due to the virus in the last 24 hours in the country, 87 were from Maharashtra, 38 from Punjab, 15 from Kerala and 12 from Chhattisgarh.
