“Criminal Always Returns To …”: Ukraine On Putin’s Mariupol Visit

Kyiv: Ukrainian presidential aide Mykhaylo Podolyak slammed Russian President Vladimir Putin’s surprise visit to the port city of Mariupol, which Moscow’s forces captured last year, on Sunday.

“The criminal always returns to the scene of the crime… the murderer of thousands of Mariupol families came to admire the city’s ruins and (its) graves. Cynicism and a lack of regret “Podolyak stated on Twitter.
