Fresenius Medical care(FMC) to buy US home dialysis firm Nxstage for $2billion.NxStage is US maker of devices for use in home dialysis agreed upon Germany FMC in cash. It planned to offer $30 per share acquire of NxStage outstanding price seems 22% premium to its 90days moving average.The deal is said to closing next year.
