Global Photography

Yogi Patel of Global Photography has over 34 years of professional photography experience. He holds a BA in photography, along with two Master of Photography degrees, Photographic Craftsman, PPC Fellowship, PPC Business and Arts degree and Certified Professional Photographer’s degree.

Yogi has been honored as a Gold Medalist by the Professional Photographers of America twice in the International Photography Competition and many of his images have been selected for National and International exhibitions by PPA including the prestigious Loan Collection. His work has also been published in numerous National and International magazines.

Yogi has been passionate in his pursuit of the arts since his early childhood days in India. At the young age of 10 years, he received two silver medals in International Child Art competitions and was the recipient of the highly coveted Jawaharlal Nehru Awards – India’s highest artistic honor. When he was 14, Yogi was given his first camera (a Yashika), and his artistic attention was forever turned towards photography. He then continued his passion for art, year after year and now operates one of the leading photography studio Global Photography in Southern California.
