Indian fourth ranked software service firm HCL Acquires London based alpha insight.

HCL Technologies Ltd announced on day end of Wednesday with new that it has inked a pact with Alpha Insight for acquiring select assets of UK based firm for pound 3.25 million (Rs.27.17 Crore). HCL Indian Bengaluru based company is all but set with acquisition and strengthening company with more add up. Around  back to week time, HCL has announced it’s taking up with UK-based ETL Factory Ltd, which does business on Datawave for Pound 7million.Now comes HCL  in news with another one from UK Alpha Insight.

Alpha Insight UK focuses on the delivery of business flow monitoring (BFM) and operational intelligence (OI) across the banking sector. IT also offers services in IP/Product, services, sector knowledge and technical monitoring skills.

The cash transaction has already been completed as HCL said in BSE filing. “The transaction which includes the purchase of select assets, bolster HCL’s DRY ice Platform and its positioning as an enterprise AI Foundation. HCL Technologies India chief officer Kalyan Kumar said: “HCL’s vision is to provide best in class Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution for an enterprise looking to reimage themselves on the foundation of AI technology”. The HCL technologies also said Alpha Insight’s existing industry expertise in financial services processes will now be expanded to other major industries such as retail manufacturing, utilities and life science among others.
