Karni Sena interrupts rapper MC Stan’s performance in Indore and accuses him of corrupting children’s minds.

Indore: Rapper MC Stan was performing in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, when Karni Sena activists caused a scene and forced the show to end in the middle because they claimed his songs contained coarse language, damaging children’s minds. Eyewitnesses claim that the Friday night concert at a hotel in the Lasudia area was cut short in the middle, disappointing the rapper’s supporters. The rapper won season 16 of the reality television series Bigg Boss.

The police were forced to use minimal force to disperse the persistent protesters.

On Saturday, Anurag Pratap Singh Raghav, district unit president of the Karni Sena, said, “MC Stan is spreading obscenity among youngsters by using foul language in his songs.” Mr. Raghav claimed that Stan used foul language and sang songs with obscenities in front of the young audience during his performance, after which Karni Sena activists took over the show and forced the rapper to leave.

Meanwhile, videos of the commotion circulated on social media, showing activists seizing control of the stage after the rapper left.
