New Delhi: Sure with first look of poster it is Indian star famous as actor director, producer, writer, lyricist and playback singer well known in Tamil cinema stage name Dhanush while originally is Venkatesh Prabhu. Dhanush made debut film (2002) with Thulluvadho IIamai directed by his own father while in Bollywood entry with two movies Raanjhanaa (2013) and Shamitabh (2015) and finally with Hollywood debut movie ‘The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir’.

Dhanush had this exciting surprise for us in store, thought’s not new he received much international attention with his popular song “Why this kolaveri Di” which also became first Indian video song to cross 100million views on you tube. The first look of Dhanush almost elated his fans with the first poster of his international project in which he looks like dapper in a blue suit as “the Extraordinary journey of the Fakir” was unveiled by trade analyst Ramesh Bala yesterday. It’s directed by Ken Scott film based on the book the extraordinary journey of the Fakir, who got trapped in an IKEA wardrobe, by Romain Puertolas. As seen in poster Dhanush is seen along while in the first look of poster pre-occupied with co-star Bernice Bejo- the Oscar Nominated actress of the Artist shows him something.

Dhanush Hollywood debut film shot in places to places Directed by Ken Scott, The film will follow his journey from New Delhi to Paris where he falls in love with a woman and accidentally gets deported along with a band of African refugees to the far corners of Europe against his will. Along with foreign locales like Paris, Rome, and Casablanca, the film will be shot in Jodhpur.

When as Ken Scott of the film told the Variety “the book was a huge success. It was sold in 36 countries. It’s bestseller. There are many aspects that interested comedy, a lot of comedy, some very poetic moments. It’s the story of this magician/thief who grew up in this small neighborhood in Mumbai, India he sets sail on this journey of self-discovery throughout Europe”. When asked about Dhanush Ken scott said “ What’s great is I get to work with a great actor, Dhanush, who is huge star in India, he’s great actor, but also great dancer, a great singer, he has a very unique way of dancing and moving, he’s just very charming”.

Dhanush a very accomplished person from all criteria of entertainment business world, he also has own production company, Wunderbar Films. This year he will be lined as his directorial debut Poer Paandi which was highly appreciated since Then was also seen in VIP2, the sequel to 2014 hit film Velaiilla Pattadhari2 Kajol made comeback to Tamil cinema with this film, also in pipeline with Vada Chennai.
