Scantiness of oxygen in hospital losses of many infants in UP

Friday brought a lot of grieving to families in Gorakhpur UP BRD Medical College where several children died since the past two day due to the alleged scantiness of oxygen. The last report says to be 60 children died family mourn to the member who left the hospital filled with grief and loss of around 60 children.

Rajeev Rautela district magistrate said on Friday. It said to be 30 children died in state-run Baba Raghav Das Medical College in Gorakhpur during last 48 hours. Though he gave no reason for the death the Union Home ministry said according to Sp of Gorakhpur 21 children died due to a shortage of supply of liquid oxygen.

However, it is said that the letter was written by the hospital authorities on Aug 3 and Aug 10 informing them about the shortage of oxygen cylinders as the Pushpa sale stopped supply over pending payment. This proves that hospital authorities neglected the fact of shortage of oxygen, even though they were all aware of about, which allegedly claimed lives of over 60 infants.

The Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath went take visit a visit of sight and issued necessary order step to inquiry further along with order dispatched two ministers to do need full soon possible.

Prime minister Modi closely watching the situation monitoring the development in Gorakhpur, the hospital is said to be biggest among the area BRD. One of the two ministers appointed by Tondonsaid “The chief minister has given us proper instructions on this issue we will leave for Gorakhpur soon after details analysis of the situation will take further decision on the same”.

The shortage of oxygen allegedly led to encephalitis which is a sudden onset inflammation of the brain following which the children died. The families children claim that the doctors were not treating them well and the hospital was not even providing the medicines which were required for the treatment.

Taking advantage to the situation opposition party started blaming the CM of Up about this without proper fact.MR Siddarth Singh said opposition parties should not politicise the deaths.

Even Sonia issued delegation of Congress leader led by Ghulam Nabi Azad reached the BRD said that “What happen was due to lapse on government part” Rahul Gandhi said “:Gross negligence and incorrigible misconduct on the part of the authorities.

Instead of finding holes in moles all up front on politics it seems to grab the opportunity.
