New Delhi: Emine Dzhaparova, the first deputy foreign minister of the war-torn nation, will begin her four-day visit to India on Monday. This will be the first official visit from Ukraine since the Russian offensive began in February of last year. Officials said the two countries would discuss bilateral relations, exchange views on the situation in Ukraine, and global issues of shared interest.
Meenakshi Lekhi, a minister of state for external relations and culture, and Vikram Misri, the deputy national security adviser, will also attend Ms. Dzhaparova’s meeting.

Since the two nations’ diplomatic ties were established 30 years ago, bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, education, culture, and defence has advanced significantly.
