To have upper hand on daughter-in-law Indian couple reached Florida -case on domestic violence reported.

Devbir Kalsi the son of Jasbir and Bhupinder Kalsi 67 and 62 years respectively landed in Florida. According to Silky Gaind, the wife of Devbir Kalsi said the above couple in- law to her, all but travelled from Punjab region to Hills Borough County to discipline and counsel her.

The Florida Police discovered Silky Gaind battered and bruised by a police officer on Saturday after getting a message to her parents. When Hillsborough sheriff officer had reached Ms Gaind on her reporting need for help, the in- law and her husband attempted to bar them from entering the house as the sheriff described the issue.

It was clear from the bruises and battered way Ms Gaind was physically harmed and held while like a host age by her in-law for an extended period of time. She had called her parent and narrated about the treatment she was receiving from her husband and father and mother – in –law. As someone associated with Gaind family notified the HSCO telling them Gaind was hesitant to call the cop because of cultural expectations. When local welfare check officer came to pay a visit this case came in view. When cops came on the check, tap on door seeing people inside but on one acknowledge his presence. As he heard the Gaind voice trying to open the door as she screamed for help all but begging the deputy to save her and her child according to arrest report.

As per sheriff officer, all involved said to be the Indian nationals family was taken into custody and Devbir Kalsi was charged with false imprisonment felony battery child abuse and denying access 911.

Same was for Jasbir Kalsi who was seen with a knife on Gaind neck by cop was charged same way as Devbir.
Bhupinder Kalsi was charged with battery domestic violence and failure to report child abuse.

At a court hearing on Sunday, Ms Gaind told her 33 years old husband left her in fear as she was threatened with death. According to Bay News, 9 stated of Ms Gaind “I am so scared because last night he was telling me he was going to kill me if I call the police. He would he kill me to death you know? He told me it would take 10 minutes for police to come and before that he would kill me and then kill himself”.
All are facing there laid punishment.
